FrJosh.com provides personal website services for Fr. Josh McCarty, including but not limited to:

  • Personal blog content
  • Information about current projects and ministries
  • OAuth integration with Google services for authorized users
  • Email and calendar management tools (for authorized accounts only)

3. OAuth Integration

This Service uses Google OAuth for authentication and authorization. By using OAuth features, you agree to:

  • Grant the Service access only to the specific Google services you explicitly authorize
  • Understand that the Service accesses your data solely to provide requested functionality
  • The Service supports three account types: Personal, Parish, and Lolek Productions

4. User Accounts

Access to certain features requires authentication through Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your authorized account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance

All content on FrJosh.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fr. Josh McCarty or Lolek Productions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fr. Josh McCarty and Lolek Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
